Huge disappointment. It took our small group 2.5 hours and the service was bad. With only waitresses and a SLOW kitchen that wasn’t in a hurry or even normal time to do anything. It took 30 mins and reminders to get even water. The waitresses had too much to handle and there was no manager to speak of. Told our hotel who’d suggested it to never send anyone anyway. Spaghetti and sauce was bland. Asked for lemons as dressing for my salad and I got a plate of lemons…15 minutes after the others got their salads. The panini was on a hot dog bun, sundried tomatoes were fresh, and there was fresh lettuce. That isn’t close to being a panini. The only saving grace is that the waitress gave is 50% which is about what the food was worth.
Not a good experience. Tonight, my family and I visited Spaghetti Eddie’s for dinner. I need to stress up front that the food was pretty good. However, after a great experience during our first visit, this second visit left a lot to be desired. To start, there was a large party celebrating a birthday which required moving tables. When we arrived, we were seated in a booth that had it’s table swapped out resulting in a table that was too small for the booth. As we have a 3 year old and a 7 month old, when the three year old sat in her boostet chair, she could not reach the table. This caused us to move tables (something that could’ve been avoided initially.) Our waitress, Shianne, was either new or didn’t care enough on this Tuesday night to ensure good service. To start, she didn’t write down our order (resulting in a mistake in my order), tried to lie to my wife, and failed to accurately account for the mistake made on the order. On the order, I ordered a NY style pizza with pepperoni. After having another waitress check my order twice, I ended up with an Angry Italian pizza….completely not what I ordered but still good. She offered to get me a new pizza, but I didn’t want to go that route. When my wife asked about the cookie that came with my daughters kid’s meal, Shianne told her that it didn’t come with one. My wife asked to see a menu which resulted in a cookie being delivered as outlined in the menu. Then when the ticket came, my wife sent it back because we were being charged for a pizza we didn’t order. These mistakes resulted in her tip being appropriately adjusted. I wish the service had lived up to the food, but alas, such was not the case.
Good pizza. I like the taste of their pizza. Slices are not too expensive. Their lunch special is a bit pricey. Weird ambiance on most occassions (oddly quiet in a big space). Kid friendly.
I really dislike this location. The waitress was VERY rude. Food was good but I will drive 20 mins to go to Taylor Rd location for nice servers

I’ve only tried the Stromboli, but wow, it was so good. It comes out piping hot with garlic butter and Parmesan melting over the top… it’s just fantastic. If you love Stromboli, don’t miss out on Spaghetti Eddie’s.
Pasta serving is huge, pizza was delicious (although a bit heavy on the cheese), crust was delicious. Nice interior, clean, courteous staff. Definitely coming here again!
