Was extremely excited when this place opened because we have lost a lot of local ice cream joints over the past year, plus this one is SO close to us! The food was overpriced and I could have made a better hot dog in my microwave. The ice cream sundae was good but it wasn’t presented well at all! they gave us a soup spoon for a narrow and tall glass and we couldn’t even get the portion that had melted out without drinking it. The service during opening weekend needs to be addressed too. Although I can fully respect that things will be chaotic and a bit of a learning experience the first couple weeks… This establishment had a LOT to learn from! The waitress serving us had a poor attitude and messed up our order more times then I can count. She also failed to put the order in for our ice cream and when we sat there for almost 30 minutes and couldn’t even get her attention, she acted mad and put out by us. To boot, we found a hair in our sundae, gross. None of the girls that day even had their long hair back in a ponytail, that has to be against some food serving law somewhere too. Sadly, our experience here was so poor, we won’t be returning. When we tried to make a suggestion to the on their Facebook page, they were rude to us and then deleted our comments. Obviously they don’t care to learn from their mistakes. I don’t tolerate establishments like that.
