The baby back ribs had no taste, how can that be?? I came here with my family once before and I didn’t like it but I wanted to give it another shot, it’s still bad, won’t come back again.
It’s better than Buz ‘n Ned’s. It really is. Nice smokey BBQ, great sides… Hush puppies are actually big, delicious, fried dough balls and not that little thing Buz tries to pass as a hush puppy. Nothing against Buz ‘n Ned’s, but he really shouldn’t be the BBQ king in Richmond… Extra Billy’s and Q BBQ are better.
The food, beer and service here are consistently great. Amy, our server, was such a sweet person! After a long hard day at work, nothing’s better for my soul than done brisket and the beer tasting.
I really wanted to like this place. What could be better than bbq and brewery in one location. We ordered pulled pork sandwich and I really wasnt impressed. Ordered their pilsner and would have to say that I was unimpressive as well. I generally always try a place twice and that is what I will do.
Good stuff….. What’s not to like?!?! From a flavor perspective, EB’s does it right and the experience is consistent upon each subsequent visit. If you’re in the mood for good pork BBQ, you can’t go wrong. And the self-brewed beer at the Midlothian location was surprisingly rich and tasty.
