Unprofessional. They say they’re open til 9 but in reality they close when they feel like it called in at 830 to order take out, after putting me on hold a while they said they decided they were closing because they were slow……. really ????? I will never go back.

Good ribs and the brisket was nice (a little bland but cooked perfectly). They don’t include bread though!?! Strange. And a little pricey but if you want BBQ- give it a shot

Honestly some of the best BBQ I’ve had. Friendly staff and fast.

I am from the south. This is not BBQ. Ribs were as tough as sirloin. Brisket was ok but way too much smoke flavor. Seemed artificial. Plus when u pass a goid BBQ restuarant u usually see smoke and the smell usually has ya drooling. Saw and had none of this. I wonder if they cook on site? I would not reccomend this place to anyone

Sibley BBQ is amazing! they make both their sauces homemade, and hand chop their bbq twice daily, and their homemade coleslaw is great! Their staff is well educated in every aspect of the business. I had many questions about a catering, and my waitress Brittany was very helpful. I enjoyed Sibleys and will be returning often! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great meal, and a reasonable price.

Need Barbecue Lessons. The first clue that something was wrong was the fact that there was no smell of smoke in the air surrounding this BBQ restaurant. I ordered the beef brisket and was served a thick, fatty piece of meat with no bark and no seasoning, that had to be cut with a knife. There was only the slightest hint of smokey flavor. Good brisket should pull apart easily with the fingers and have a very discernable smoke flavor. My wife’s ribs were smokey, but bland. I don’t think these people know what a dry rub is. The greens were flavorless (try making a pot liquor, and adding some smoked turkey or a ham hock; it would help). They need to spend a few hours watching BBQ Pitmasters – maybe then they’d learn how BBQ is done.
