This was our second trip to Viet Huong. It’s the old Famous Dave’s building and they’ve done only very slight changes so it’s a bit odd inside. Service is very prompt and very courteous and they’re obviously glad to see folks finding their place. We shared the Shrimp and Pork Rice Paper Rolls which were good but their peanut sauce was very good. We also had the Grilled Chicken on Rice Vermicelli and Chicken Noodle (Pho) Soup with Chicken Broth. Both were very tasty and served with plentiful amounts of additions including basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapeno peppers, scallions and sauces. The chicken was cooked well and was very moist and tasty. Try this place out. It’s new and they’re anxious to make new customers happy. And the food’s very good, too!
