This is a hidden gem (in a strip mall) for anyone who likes good coffee, good gluten free, and a comfy and relaxing atmosphere. The food is wonderful, and the cappaccino is perfect (and pretty). I can’t recommend it enough.
Best Coffee. LM’s has the best coffee in the NRV, simply put. It doesn’t have the arrogant douchebaggery of Bollo’s or its space problems…plus you’re actually interacting with *real* people. The baked goods are always good too. I wish their Internet was more reliable, though. I’d be there a lot more if it was.
Best Coffee in The New River Valley!. If you haven’t checked out Lucie Monroe’s you don’t know what your missing. Great Coffee, Wonderful staff, a cool laid back atmosphere, and awesomes Sweets.
I love the atmosphere in Lucie’s! Great place to read, study or just take in the artwork and relax. Their food is so tasty and unique. Be ready for a jolt if energy after drinking their coffee though, it packs a punch!
Nice Coffee Spot. Lucie Monroe’s is tucked away off of busy Roanoke Street. The staff makes some of the best espresso drinks in the New River Valley. Their regular capuccino and iced latte are as good, if not better, than Starbucks. The atmosphere is by far the best in Christiansburg and just as good as Mill Mountain in Blacksburg.
