I have been several times and last night 10-6-2015 was my last. The service was horrible. The man that was our server was rude, and slow. When my order came out the shrimp tasted funny. I told the server he tells me to take my plate to the front. I tell the manager in charge and she told me to pick the shrimp out. Then after I go sit back down she comes to the table (after she couldn’t come see me when my order was wrong I had to walk to the front) and LOUD in front of everyone says I don’t know why you say the shrimp taste funny we get fresh everyday I don’t know why you say dat…RUDE YOU SHOULD NEVER DO THAT AND A MANAGER AT THAT. My friend was going for the first time and she also told me she would never go back…. KIMONO IN PULASKI, KOBE IN BBURG OR KABUKI WILL BE THE ONLY PLACE THAT GETS MY SERVICE!!!!!

I paid $23 for a meal & appetizer & cheap fast food would have been better.Over priced & horrible. Everyone I was with had the same opinion.& When we asked for a couple extra Soy Sauce packets the very unpleasant woman said they were .85 cents each… We were only given 2 packets for 4 meals…Never again will I eat there. They make the people around here think that sorry excuse for food is Japanese food. What a joke. That was the third strike as well. Been there three different times months apart & everytime it was horrible.

Excellent Hibachi steak! Prices are incredibly low. Love their special sauce.
Very Good for What You Expect. Sakura has a lot of things going for it: it’s very very fast, relatively cheap (except for the sushi), and they give pretty generous portions. I wouldn’t eat the sushi or sashimi, though. Both are simply too expensive for the quality you’re given. As others have noted, the sanitation is definitely an issue. I’ve noticed a lot of things that probably wouldn’t fly at other restaurants, but nothing has been particularly damning.
Got the deluxe bento box, sashimi. The tempura was terrible, greasy food, and the sushi was warm and slimy. If you like or love Chinese buffets then you’ll be fine here. You may even love it! It’s been 30 minutes since we ate there and the food is still repeating on me. :(Do not recommend.
Sanitation. Waitress rubbed her eyes, picked at her nose, then started rolling the utensils handling the ends. She did not wash her hands or wear gloves. There were two buckets at the waitress station with cloths in the buckets. The waitress wrung out a cloth and washed the table after patrons left. Unsure if there was disinfectant in the buckets or not. There was not any hand sanitizer in the waitress station at all. Waitress bussed tables and then delivered drinks and food. Food was good but sanitation was questionable.
