I love Rita’s pizza but I just order from them and they act like they couldn’t deliver because they were making school orders I’m a paying customer just like the school is.

Disgusting. We finally tried Rita’s pizza after hearing so much about how good it was. How could we resist with the coupon on our door? The pizza was so greasy, and smelled like the box, tasted like the box. My husband said it tasted like diesel fuel smelled. Never again. This was from the Academy Ave store. Rita needs to spend some money and invest in new boxes or a new receipe.
Best Pizza. This is the best pizza on the Portsmouth side of the Elizabeth River. They’re cheap, they’re fast and they’re good. Everything I’m looking for in a pizza place. Try it!

Great food, great price!. Rita’s Pizza has a great selection of items at very competitive prices, and they deliver!! Pizza dough and sauce are made fresh daily, so the pizza always tastes great! Customer service is exceptional; locally owned and operated by a longtime Portsmouth family who knows the area well and truly believes in great customer service!
