Not to 5 Guys Standards. Ordered the box set and regular fries and then waited for my freshly flame grilled burger and unseasoned fries. The bun was fresh but fell apart when I munched on it. Did not care for the cooked onions nor the pickles which were sort of sweet. Good music playing in the background. Staff was upbeat and very positive. Burger and fries were a step above McDonald’s and Burger King’s fare but also more pricey. They have lots of sides to offer but you don’t know what they are because they are not posted.

Great Burgers. I have been there three times, tried three different burgers.The Burger with Cheddar and Applewood Smoked BaconThe WellingtonThe GreekAll were superb, all were done to my liking, all were done well, all were expensive, all were sooo worth it. The fries were great, and I loved the Grilled asparagus as a fry substitute. I’ll be back for sure. If you haven’t been to BGR. go you won’t be sorry, just happy and full.
Amazing burger; even better customer service!. I was brought in by a coupon that was mailed to my house and expected just the usual burger place. I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier, whom I believe was also the general manager explained to me in detail all of the burgers and their ingredients. He was delightful and answered all of my questions, while giving great recommendations. The burger itself was to die for! The lettuce and tomato were extremely fresh, the bun was perfectly buttered and toasted and the burger was cooked exactly to my liking!! I will definitely be back!
Nice atmosphere but I was not impressed with the burgers especially for the price.
The Best. What an awesome burger! My first time to the DC area and my first time here. Not knowing what to expect I ordered a burger with cheese and bacon. All I can say, is that I can’t remember when I enjoyed a burger that much. Wish they had one in STL.
