We met family here for dinner while visiting the DC area. The server was funny, friendly, and helpful. Their food is good at every location as its pretty standard. The location is in a nice area and very close to a metro stop which was great.
Its one of my favorite American restaurant. Just love the vibes. Food is always good and they maintain the quality of food so well and every time you visit them, the standard will always be the same. The cheesecakes and chipotle Mexican pasta is in my favorite list.Good work guys!See you soon…
First time here after sight seeing and had lunch with 7 others. The restaurant was not busy and got seated right away. The place was very nice and love the interiors. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The foods we ordered are very good in presentation and in taste. Their famous cheesecakes are heaven. Very pricey but worth it. No free wifi.
Service needs to improve during lunch .Be considerate of your customers time. Keep them informed when a long wait for food is anticipated or an error occurs when placing the food order.

Great Service and Food. I had their fried calamari and kobe burger — both were great. The server was very friendly and helpful even with a party of 12. This was my first time at The Cheesecake Factory, so it made a very good first impression.
Yum! Atleast that’s what they tell me! I know the bread & water was good & April really liked the smell of the pasta…;)
