Colonial Heights, VA Vincenzo’s. For the 18% gratuity they add, I would expect ALOT more. I went with my husband, my 7 year old son and myself. We were attending a military function and EVERYONE at this event, got the buffet. I literally had a salad, my seven year old son at 2 slices of pizza. My husband ate well, I wasn’t keeping track. I know we could of had more food, my complaint really is that they have plastic plates, its NOT gourmet food. The waitress was nice, but, I would be too, if all I did was serve drinks and clean up plates. From just our $ 50.00 bill she made $7.00 for bringing me a glass of wine, my husband his drink and my son his drink. I find it arrogant of them that they would tack on 18 % gratuity. 10% gratuity would have been more appropriate, I do know times are tough. No one likes to feel like they were ripped off, somehow I did. MIlitary stay away.
