Ok this is an excellent restaurant; one of the best I have eaten at. If you’re used to crappy Chinese food, you’ll be disappointed by Dragon Chef. You can tell the sauces are fresh as are the ingredients. The sushi is high quality and very fresh. Try the Rainbow Chicken you won’t be disappointed.
Great sushi. We have never gotten past the sushi I just keep ordering. the special cucumber roll with fish is off the hook.
I love this place! I am a regular diner. I am always greeted warmly and get excellent service. George and Mandy are super sweet! All the sushi is fresh and delicious. The hibachi is wonderful and the chefs are entertaining! If you like Chinese, they have a good selection of favorites. If you are a fan of tempura, then try it here! I love that I can come in and relax, read a book, and enjoy a delicious sushi lunch 🙂

Great sushi. Excellent sushi here & various chinese dishes as well. They also do a decent teppan yaki though I find their sauces with that to be rather bland

Sushi. Dragon Chef was recommended to me by a local guy in Culpeper as a good place to get some sushi and other assorted Chinese delights. He was right. Dragon Chef had a good mixture of both Japanese and Chinese dishes. They make a few pretty good sushi roles there like the Red Dragon and The Special (probably subject to change). I am a big fan of the spicy, salmon, tuna and shrimp. They do a good job at mixing avocado, shrimp tempura and loads of other tasty things that I tell myself are healthy. If you are ever in Culpeper, hit it up.
