Worst Italian. OVERCOOKED pasta. After informing the waitress that my meal was so mushy it was inedible, there was no reply and no credit. We will not return. Pizza Hut would be an improvement.
Remarkable food paired with great service. Today I had my first experience with downtown Italian eatery, Lucio’s Restaurant, on South Main Street, in Culpeper, VA. I enjoyed stuffed mushrooms which were a DELICIOUS gluten-free option; really so many, they were a MEAL for me. For dessert, a wonderfully airy, and not-too-sweet, pumpkin praline cheesecake, topped with tree nuts, just a drizzle of chocolate, and adorned with a Rosemary sprig that was a delightful pairing of aromas. Brett was our server and he was outstanding. I will be visiting Lucio’s again!
BAD SERVICE. Worst New Year’s Eve dining experience in 20 years. Food was average, but service was exceptionally bad. Waitress did not offer water, coofee, tea, or dessert. Bus boys/ people basically refilled drinks/brought bread. Waitress took order and we didn’t see her for 40 minutes. Then asks, Are you done? Then she sends bus people to give us check. Did not feel welcome there at all.
Good food, great prices, lovely atmosphere!
Delicious homemade pasta, organic salads, homemade bread with dipping oils. Superb service and beautiful atmosphere. Great decor. Definitely worth the stop.
