Given the fact that it had good ratings, I guess my expectations were higher, because this was average at best. I got the carnitas burrito, and while the size of it got me excited, the pork was extremely fatty and almost non-existent. It was probably 90% rice, and it was all stuffed in the middle. Maybe I went at a bad time, but the waitress ignored me once I got my food and I had to awkwardly stand at the register for 5 minutes while she repeatedly walked past me, in order to pay. I’ll probably be back, but right now, I’m not impressed. This doesn’t hold a candle to La Parrilla in Suffolk.
Excellent food, fast service. The chicken tacos are great! I wish the booths were a little roomier – I’m 9 months pregnant and its a tight fit.
This review is easy and fast. AWESOME, OUTSTANDING, AUTHENTIC. DELICIOUS! Great service, excellent quality, and great prices. This place is a home run for Mexican Cuisine! Love it! I’ll be back again and again!
Very good food. Great prices. Got the special pork ribs with green sauce. Tasty. Will be back when I’m in the area and hungry. Had traditional tacos and Americanized Mexican choices as well. I do recommend.
We decided to be in a Mexican mood the other night and found this hole in the wall. Food was good, not the best but decent. The outside is sketchy but once inside and seated it’s a typical Mexican fast food place.
The first time I visited this place I got a Carne Asada Torta and some tacos. The place was pretty packed so I got it to go and ate it in the car. Figured it wouldn’t taste good after the ride home. After eating I thought the food was just OKAY! I decided to go back recently. We ordered almost one of everything on the menu and I was really impressed, my entire family was impressed actually. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly. The Mexican sodas were cold and again the food was really good. Yeah this place has the good stuff!
Family enjoys this regularly on Friday nights. Burrito San jose, tacos, burritos, and the sopes. I’m not a fan of the chimichanga but have some friends who like it a lot. Barbacoa is a nice change compared to beef or chicken on the tacos.
