Rude waitress. Horrible service. The server came to our table demanding a tip as we were about to leave and as I was about to put the tip (which was in my hand) on the table. I gave her less than she was originally going to receive, she continued to raise her voice. When asked for the manager, she said there wasn’t one. He was behind the counter. If I’d have known she was going to make such a scene, I would have left nothing. Extremely unprofessional.

Best sushi in Fairfax. Arigato is a hidden gem of a sushi restaurant, tucked into the Bloom shopping center across from K-Mart on Rt. 29 in Fairfax. It has an intimate sushi bar, a wall-mounted aquarium, and warm blonde furniture. The sushi and rolls are excellent, as is the house specialty appetizer, Arigato Balls, which are cream cheese-filled crepes, deep fried to perfection. Try the Ninja Roll with eel and tempura crumb with soy wrapper. Great service, and the hot sake flows beautifully.
Excellent lunch boxes from $9-$14.
