This place is my to-go palace during the week. Their Asado criollo on Wednesday is to die for. I go there every week. The food is that good!! One time I tried to order something outside their lunch special, it was dry and unappealing. So, I’d suggest to stick to the lunch special of $9.99.
A nice surprise. I had spotted this restaurant earlier and convinced a few of my co-workers to try it out with me for lunch today. It was certainly better than I expected. Much more than a bakery, they also have sandwiches and dishes. Most of what they offered was South American. I had both a chicken and a beef Saltenas, a sweet dough casing with a tasty filling that had just a little heat. I liked the chicken best, one of my companions liked the beef best. They also have a few display cases of bakery items from breads to cakes. I got a slice of cake to go. I didnt think it was fresh enough but I was rushed to eat it and did not give it the attention it deserved, so it may have been better than I now give it credit.The downside was there is little space inside. They only have a few tables tightly packed together. All in all it was a great find and I suspect my friends and I will want to go visit Bakery, Bread & Grill again soon.
