Driving back down from Lotte I spotted a little coffee and dessert shop next to BonChon – Dessert Story! Since I dont come out this way often I thought it might be a good way to celebrate my haul of Korean produce and groceries. I am definitely glad I did. The interior is perfectly decorated, the borderline of cute and sophisticated. They had board games and plenty of seating. I could see this being a cool hangout for the local high school students. I grabbed a Honeydew Bubble Tea, which somehow transported me through time and space 30 minutes into the future. It had the perfect texture: the ice blended to a smooth consistency, the fruit was fresh and ripe, and it wasnt too sweet.Ill be adding Dessert Story to my Lotte rituals from now on.
