Best Mango Mousse Cake. I ordered a 14” Mango Mousse Cake for my daughter’s birthday. It’s a huge hit. I ordered it from Shilla’s Centreville location. But I’m so glad they opened one in Fairfax. The freshly made cake was so much better than the one that’s already sitting in the display window. The manager was willing to alter the construction of the cake for me. The cake used to come in with two giant layers, one part is the cake, another part is the mousse. I asked him to do six much thinner layers with 3 layer of mousse and 3 layers of cake. They did a fantastic job. The only cake that can compare to this one is the same Mange Mousse from Tivoli Deli in Rosslyn, but with a higher price. A 14” cost $75+$7decoration at Shilla but $100 at Tivoli.
Love BINGSOO and yogurt
