I am from Boston and trying to find a decent pub. THIS IS NOT IT! I wanted to like it, I really did, but if you can’t make decent fish and chips just close your doors. I’ve had better fish at McDonalds with less grease. Its like they went to Giant, bought Gordon’s Fishermen beer battered filets, steak fries, and onion rings. Even the coleslaw and tartar sauce tastes like premade crap that’s been left out for a week. It was so heavy with visible pools of oil. I never write reviews but I could not warn others. I curse the previous diners for leaving rave reviews. Our waitress was nice and attentive, the atmosphere was good and has the makings of a great spot but for the love of God make some decent food! I was ashamed for my Irish ancestors hanging on the wall and was tempted to take them with me when I left.
