Still Wonderful. We have eaten at Villa Mozart frequently since it opened and have always been happy. Yesterday, we had a pre-wedding family lunch there and they proved again why we like them so much. Yes, it was a special event and we’re regulars so we expected to receive a bit of extra attention. But, while we were eating and enjoying the occasion, we overheard several people talking about how much they enjoyed themselves. It’s hard to be so exceptional year after year, but Villa Mozart has done just that.11 Jul, 2008Wonderful. I have eaten there several times and never been disappointed. The food and service are consistently top notch. The menu and cooking focuses on simple ingredients wonderfully prepared. The waitstaff, particularly Oscar, are friendly and capable. It’s a great place to have an unrushed, lovely meal. You will be treated well, you will dine well, and leave satisfied.I hope that the current economic slowdown doesn’t hurt them too badly. Many good restaurants are feeling the pinch these days. Villa Mozart is too good to lose

Overall a good meal. Recommend go with non sparkling water as its really pricey. Wine by the glass was flat so recommend wine by the bottle as you’re guaranteed fresh. Special was good — fish — but overpriced. Gnocchi is American style, not Italian so just a heads up. Polipo was very good as was the polenta soup. Would go back but will order with discretion.
