Their baguette is phenomenal and is the perfect vehicle for their sandwiches. I got a #10/bbq pork (no fat, just meat) and it was super delish! I’ll probably ask for extra pickled slaw next time.
The banh mi here vary from very good to excellent. The fillings are top notch and the variance in quality depends on the bread. If the bread has just come out of the oven, the sandwich is heavenly. If the baguette is an hour or two old, the sandwich is still very good. If you go by on a Saturday, you may be more apt to realize just-baked baguette nirvana. We especially like the pork and chicken banh mis with fish sauce and cilantro, but they’re all good.
Great!!. You can’t get any better than this in terms of authentic and varried banh mi offerings at Banh Mi So 1! The banh mi is great tasting and served in a french baquette that is baked fresh on premises. Spectacular!
