It’s really neat to be able to choose ALL your ingredients, sauces, and flavors and then the cooks combine them, cook them, and you’re served what you want! The Mongolian Mule cocktail was also excellent.
Fresh food. Many choices of veggies, choice of meat, and choice of noodles or rice. Grilled with your choice of sauce. We really enjoy Genghis for a nice change of pace.

My family really likes to come to Ghengis. We come about once every other month and always enjoy the experience. The service is always good and you control what your dish is!
Very busy and the wait staff let us slip through the cracks a bit, but the food was good. Which is to be expected when you get to pick everything that goes into your bowl.
