Healthy Fast Food. If you enjoy beef broth and thin rice noodles then you will enjoy eating Pho here. The menu is simple and instructive as it gives you hints on what you may want to add to your boiling soup which then cooks the ingredients that you have selected. You are given a platter of vegetable ingredients that you may wish to add and then there is the fish sauce, sliced hot peppers and other table seasoning you can add. Although the broth was not as rich in flavor as I prefer and the bean sprouts could have been fresher it was good enough for the price of a small bowl. The Chi Gio was nicely prepared and presented. I found the stuffing for the fried roll chopped to fine and would have preferred the texture being more course. Dipped the Chi Gio in fish sauce and chili sauce really reeves up the flavor. Plenty of napkins to attend to the runny nose on the table. Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated and the men’s room was scrubbed and presentable. Although this restaurant is one of a chain of Vietnamese chain restaurants this one is owned and run by a really nice guy and his wife who makes sure you are well attended to. I was in and out for lunch in less than a half and hour. Enjoy.
