I’ve only had take out so I can’t speak for the experience in the restaurant but the people are nice as far as I can tell. While nothing I’ve had really made an impression, I haven’t had anything flat out bad either. If you’ve got to have Americanized Chinese food and you love near by this is your place.
Favorite Local Place. I love Mandarin Palace. They treat me with such warmth and kindness and the food is delicious. The Shrimp Mei Fun and Sha-Cha chicken keep me coming back! On my birthday, the owner’s son came out and serenaded me with his violin. You can’t replace memories like that!
Awful! Chicken looked refried(appitiser) they didn’t have two ribs or steak on a stick to complete the app. The Asian lady was not personable until it was time for us to get a check. Asked for General tso with white meat and was told it was not an option because it’s pre-made. Asked for extra sauce to cover up the burnt taste of the rice(yes burnt taste.) horrible Christmas dinner. I would recommend Inner china or cheng wah(south side plaza-not a safe area but it is good food). Stay away from Mandarin Palace. You could get better Chinese in the food court at the mall.
Under new management and super nice. Unfortunately the food was quite bad. I ordered the Triple Delight and the meat was tough. There was no sauce and the seasoning was bland. I hope they improve. It’s close to my house and they deliver.
