In my opinion to Bonefish grill is as close to a 5 star restaurant in Fredericksburg that we are going to get. I have been there for numerous years and have never had a bad experience.I have eaten at several 5 star and Michelin star restaurants in my life. I feel that the Fredericksburg Bonefish has the same quality and experience. I only wish we had more restaurants of this quality. They are friendly, polite, and they have always seemed to expedite my meal.For the Local Fredericksburg area they are by far the best Restaurant in town.
I’d like to thank Bonefish for offering healthy options. Grilled fish with vegetables is always a great choice, and Bonefish did it well and it tasted great. Certainly they put too much salt on the vegetables, but that is the only criticism I would cite.
We all enjoyed our food. We were a party of 6 adults and one child with reservations. Our selections were swordfish, trout, tilapia, chicken, tuna, and the kids Mac and cheese. Again our food was great but the service was lacking. He was slow to respond with refills for tea or water. And the waiter could not split our check. The restaurant was overcrowded with tables.
