This store is EXCELLENT! I found this place searching for molokhia and they have it! It is an Egyptian dish I have loved since my first visit to Egypt. They also have a huge variety of other food items I can not find anywhere else. The best is the halal meats they carry. I used to would not eat leftover chicken the next day because of the taste. Now, I buy the halal, organic chicken and the taste is just as good the next day. They also carry lamb and beef. I LOVE the meats!! If you try the halal meat, you would not go back to the regular grocery store meats!….a little pricier, but ohhh so worth it! And I feel like I am getting my money’s worth because the leftovers are not going in the garbage anymore! Other than the grocery items, it is also a restaurant, serving up the best gyros, hummus, and other meditteranean dishes. Delicious! Give this place a shot….you WILL NOT regret it!
Delicious, fresh food!. Nile Market is a great place to get hard-to-find international food and spices. Try the Egyptian coffee! The owner and his family are wonderful people. Nile Market has lunch available to order for very reasonable prices. I have tried the falafel, chicken shawarma, grape leaves, tabbouleh and hummus. I have yet to be disappointed. Keep in mind this is a small grocery store, not a restaurant but if you want GREAT FOOD, this is the place.
