Awesome! Visiting from out of town and stopped in here for dinner. Everything we ordered was perfect. The house margarita was right on, the queso/cheese dip is the best I’ve had, and the carnitas was perfectly roasted. Definitely would come back here again next time I’m in town.
Real Mexican food in the Burg!. We moved to Fredericksburg from San Diego. We don’t miss much except the beach and REAL Mexican food. You can find it at Pueblo’s. Beware that the Mexican tendency to do things at a more relaxed pace is as much a part of Pueblo’s as is real horchata, carnitas and fried plantains (NOT bananas). Go for the delicious food and genuine pride in food well prepared but don’t go in a hurry.
