This place is off the CHAIN! I had the Monrovia Farm Beef Burger! It was perfection on a bun. The meat is SO GOOD! fresh organic and cooked to perfection. I of course opted for Medium rare! The Bacon was the best, Smithfield of course, and the Onion Compote was something I didn’t expect. This burger really elevated the GastroPub them, just perfectly done. The environment is fun, relaxing, and super cool. obviously the beer list so amazing, especially given the name. I really liked this place, I will be back again whenever I come through town on business. GREAT JOB Spencer Devon Brewing! I’m impressed!
It’s easy to make a burger, but it takes skill to make a GREAT burger. These are GREAT burgers. Can’t wait to roam the menu more, but came in to sample their beers. Did the sample flight, was excellent and I took home a growler of their Bittersweet IPA, by far my favorite; but all were delicious. Staff was friendly and on the ball, will definitely be back often.Follow up: These folks are serious about the food! We tried the chicken the duck and steak… All amazing! The sides fit so well with the main dish it’s superb. Beer still awesome, this THE place to go in Fredericksburg!!!!
