This restaurant is the best stag house in Fredericksburg, they are always cooked to perfection. The quality of steak is amazing, even if you don’t pick your own. They take pride in the service, I say this because it had always been so great. If you want a steak in Fredericksburg, this is the only place I would recommend for fantastic steak all the time.There wait is a little longer, but I guess that is too be expected with their quality. Also think the greetings need to be retrained, they are horrible. Everything else about this restaurant is great, service, quality, and speed.

Wasn’t the best experience. We went on Sunday night (3/23/14); they were busy but still had open tables. There must have been problems in the back (kitchen) as it took a very long time for our food to come to the table. Even with the delays, our food was served and getting cold before we could get any silverware to eat it with (this after numerous requests to several different servers for silverware while we were eating our appetizer with our fingers). There were also small errors on the side dishes that were brought to the table verses what we had ordered. Our server seemed to be trying his best to do a good job but the back of the house really let him down. Looking around, other tables seemed to be having the same issues with silverware and food quality. We were surprised no managers came by our tables to apologize for the poor service they were providing. It could have been an off night but overall from our experience, we were not at all impressed.
This place is very busy but the service and the food is worth the wait. You won’t be disappointed if you give it a try.
