The Bavarian Chef. Fredericksburg, VA. Hungarian Goulash and a Weisswurst (white ((veal) sausage) on a bed of German Potato Salad. Fantastic. By far the best actual goulash; that I’ve ever had. The Weisswurst was obviously fresh and the potato salad….. destroyed any previous ideas that I had about the apogee of German Potato Salad experiences. For the price absolutely worth it.
