This place is worth checking out. Ate here the last time we visited Gainesville and really enjoyed. I know we had the brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken and pulled pork nachos and enjoyed it all. Also enjoyed the local and craft beers. No photos for you tho!Recall liking their bbq sauces. Liked enough to go again.

Don’t be fooled by it’s location in an upscale strip mall. This little gem delivers on its savory promise of deliciously smoked brisket, pulled pork and St. Louis ribs. And let’s not forget the honey bourbon wings. Yum! If you’re traveling from the DC area to Charlottesville or find yourself on 29 South in Gainesville, VA, find your way to this smokehouse. It really is bad to the bone!
Don’t Bother… Basically another version of Red Hot and Blue only worse. We ordered the 2 meat combo with St. Louis ribs and chicken. The ribs were rubbery and difficult to eat, the chicken was very over done and rubbery like the boiled it before they smoked it. Had the potato salad which was nothing spectacular. About the only good thing I have to say about this place is they have a good beer selection.
