Firebirds discriminates against Catholic church. I was in this Firebirds eating dinner and over heard a conversation between a waiter and female manager. I could not believe what I was hearing. The female manager told the waiter if he bought another dessert for the guest at his table again in the future he would be written up. The young man explained to his manager the guest was a priest at a local church and he felt if he wanted to buy him a dessert he should be allowed to. The manager said I dont care what you think and you will never buy him a dessert again.How wrong is this?I asked another waiter if Firebirds had some rule about staff being allowed to buy a guest a dessert. I was told there was no rule and that was up to the server if they wanted to do this.
