Poor air conditioning and poor confused service
I found the sauce to taste like an old can
Not bad, not great.. The pizza came at a fair price ($20 for two enormous one topping pizzas) and was ready for pick up in 20 minutes. My boyfriend went to pick it up under my name- but they never asked for my name. They said they give each customer a number, but I don’t recall being given one before hanging up. Not sure whose fault that was.Anyway, we live close by so that wasn’t a big deal.The pizzas were certainly huge as was each slice. We went simple & had one pepperoni, one extra cheese.Overall it wasn’t terrible pizza. If you like Chanello’s, it was a step up- similar crust, not enough sauce, crust edges that turn hard as they cool, and decent cheese.I’m sure we’ll end up ordering again eventually since we live so close, I’d really like to see them step up the sauce though. The pies were baked evenly, and I think there’s a lot of potential to add flavor. One shouldn’t need to season it at home.
