This is for the Andrea’s on Carmical Way at Edinburg Chesapeake, VA. This restaurant should be listed as pizza take out. I had white clam sauce with Linguini….it was not linguini & the clam sauce was terrible. This location was being run by people too young to handle full menu. Several couples left because no acknowledged their presence. It took forever to get the calamari we ordered. It was not seasoned, said delay was due to having to thaw. Do not recommend for full dinner, only subs or pizza.
Great Pizza…garlic knots and salad not so much!. Have eaten here many times as we live within walking distance. The pizza has always been really, really good…definitely some of the best around here in my opinion. The place is nice and always clean inside and the service has always been pretty good. Don’t care much for their garlic knots. They are really tiny and they have been super hard and chewy every time we have ordered them. I order garlic knots at most every pizza place we go because my kids love them, but most places have much bigger, softer ones. I thought I’d try them again last night, but won’t get them again. Ordered a large garden salad which was not terribly good. It’s all iceberg lettuce and by the time I picked out all of the thick, white core pieces of lettuce there wasn’t much left of it. The pizza is so tasty though, so we will be back:)
Great place. We have been to Andrea’s about four times and have never been disappointed. Service is always great and relatively quick and the food is ALWAYS really good, no matter what we order.Highly recommended!!!
Highly recommend!. Since I moved here 2 years ago, this place has been a solid pizza staple. The people are friendly, the pizza is delicious and the portions are a great bang for the buck. I’ve always picked up or ate in and never got an item I didn’t like. I did get an order mix up once and they fixed it on the spot without any trouble. They’ve got some good wine, pasta. and garlic knots too. I’m glad there’s a good Italian place nearby, I just wish I lived a little closer.
$4.99 Lunch Special*. *This item cannot be shared! We almost always share meals when we eat out – we save money, we stay thin! We ordered the Two Slices with a Drink lunch special and a side of breadsticks; or might I say, we attempted to order! We were told by the waitress that this particular item could not be shared. As a result, one of us ordered the breadsticks and the other the lunch special – same food, different method of payment. The food was about what I expected – this is not to say it was bad, just average. I was expecting something close to Sbarro-sized slices, but instead received Little Caesars-sized slices – on the smaller side, for those who don’t get the reference. The service was also mediocre: for an empty place, we still had to wait for refills – enough said. Unjustified rules aside, I would still take my money elsewhere when in the area again.
Amazing. I eat there every Wednesday! the food is always great. They staff the nicest people. i usually order their pizza. i try a different one every time and i would have to say my favorite is the pizza Bianca the flavors blend well together an it fills me up! i absolutely love this place!
