I really like this local spot. I have had pizza, spaghetti, garlic knots, clam sauce, Greek salad, and subs from this place. Every thing I have ever ordered was great! On top of that the prices aren’t half bad.
No community support. Recently my daughter’s class had a field trip planned to a local restaurant, initially management at Andreas agreed to host them. As the scheduled date approached, a teacher went to the restaurant to confirm their previous agreement. Once the teacher arrived, she met with the owners who informed her the arrangement was made without their permission and therefore would not be honored. Just so I am clear, the meals for 20 kids ages 3-6 would be provided, the chaperones would pay for their own lunch. My wife and I have lived here for awhile, Andreas has been the place we always ordered pizza, calzones and salads, for them to refuse service based on such a silly reason seemed unprofessional. Fortunately, the dedicated teacher used her weekend to locate another venue, Spaghetti Eddies in Greenbrier, the kids had a blast eating pizza and chicken fingers and the parents voiced similar surprise at Andreas ownership’s decision. Community is very important to me, and until recently I assumed very important to Andreas, especially since they claim such family values and have earned a living off the same community they chose not to support.
