Amazing Shower Cake. Beautiful cake for my daughter’s baby shower. Everyone was raving about how cute, moist, and delicious it was, and asking where we got it. Exceptional personal friendly customer service, unlike larger bakeries we visited, very fair prices. There’s a reason they’ve been voted Best in Hampton Roads multiple times. People often call me asking for business recommendations and I will have NO reservations about giving them Bennett’s info. Will definitely be keeping their contact info on hand for future reference.
Great Bakery. I have ordered all my birthday and event cakes and cupcakes here since 2005….awesome. The cakes are very moist—they do a great raspberry filling–and we have only received compliments on every cake served. My daughter has ordered the white chocolate dolphins on her cake for the 4th year this month!
Horrible! Very amateur looking cupcakes. Very expensive for this. When brought to owners attention she was very rude! I wish I had read these other negative reviews before I ordered. Used this bakery for years when my daughter was younger never a problem but they evidentially sold it a few years ago. DONT GO THERE!!

Love Their Pie!. I ordered a French apple pie for my father and I to celebrate our birthdays. It was a hit! So much so that my mother begged me to order one for her birthday too! We have a new tradition in our home … French apple pie for our birthdays! (The lemon filled donuts were delicious too!) Thanks for making our birthdays memorable!
Won’t Be Using This Bakery Ever Again!. Learned my lesson. The cake was overpriced and the quality of it was horrible. When this was brought to their attention they did not care and were rude to deal with. Will not be going there again.
I have ordered numerous cakes, breakfast treats and cookies and have had the opportunity to try almost everything they have. I even got my wedding cake from Bennetts and it was so good that there wasn’t a piece left over. Everything they do is done perfectly and professionally. Custom orders are no problem, the ingredients are the best and the people who own and work there are truly great! It’s the only bakery my family goes to.
