This Kelly’s is one of the better ones in VA. The restaurant is clean, the staff is welcoming, the view is beautiful, and the pool tables actually work. They show only local games during sports season, but other than that…this is the spot.
One of the better Kelly’s in the area. Great view, chill staff, good pool tables, and delicious drinks. The only down side is that they only have local channels, so if you’re a sports fan that’s all you’ll be getting.
