Like it. The most authentic and delicious filipino food I have found
Good Filipino!. OMG, so good! It’s more of a take-out restaurant. When you walk in, the aroma is DELICIOUS! I ordered chicken adobo and it was completely fresh chicken – fall off the bone! Obviously, lots of itty bones found in the rice and on other pieces of chicken that was annoying but you can’t complain because it’s delicious! Lumpia was fresh, fried and crunchy! Very good!
Fast Food. This place is definitely for carry out due to the small size. I happen to love their pancit and lumpia lunch special. It comes in a styrofoam container and is heaped full of pancit with 3 larger sized lumpia and it comes out fast. Now, I can say that the quality isn’t always consistent. I’ve gotten lumpia that were not freshly fried but for the price, I’m not going to complain. I still ate them and they were still delicious, just not as crunchy. They keep a bottle of sriracha sauce on the counter, along with other condiments so I always make sure to squeeze what I need before I go. I’ve never had bad service but then again, I tip and I’ve never been a bad customer.
Great Pinoy Food. Since I moved from VB to Chesapeake, I had trouble finding some decent Filipino food. Much to my surprise, my favorite Pinoy restaurant had a second location off Battlefield. My wife and I get food from here fairly often when we can’t make it out to the Indian River location. It is by far the best Filipino food in the Chesapeake area.
Horrible customer service with lies. The worst customer service ever. The customer service is AWFUL. My sister is allergic to seafood and they told me they could not give me the house special w/o shrimp so I ordered a small pancit for her for an additional amount of money. When I received the house pancit, there was NO shrimp. When I called to complain the manager stated there was nothing they could do and eventually hung up on me because I asked for some compensation like another small pan.
When I don’t have time to make my own I live ordering from them.
