Best Diner food on this side of the James. I am a huge fan of diner food. I placed by thus place for years and never knew how great the food was. A co-worker told me about them. I tried them, and the food was incredible. The staff are friendly, professional, and courteous. Everything is fresh and not the fake stuff restaurants serve. The eggs are a normal color, unlike some chain resturants. The food choices are awesome. Thanks Cold Harbor!

VILE, BARELY EDIBLE FOOD. Tried this place for breakfast on a local’s recommendation. Large, dull, and cafeteria like. I’m not sure how you can make an omelette this bad, but it was vile. Burned crisp & brown, over salted, greasy. Everything we ordered was bad to mediocre, and for breakfast it wasn’t that inexpensive. The servers were too busy gossiping with each other to pay any of the customers any attention. I really can find absolutely nothing pleasant to say. Go hungry if you must, but definitely go elsewhere! I find it hard to believe this place is still open!

A Good ‘Greasy Spoon’. Coming from New York where there are little breakfast places everywhere, it’s nice to find a place that reminds me of home. Granted, the menu and the style is a little different, but the food is just like what I remember from back home. One of the few ‘greasy spoons’ in Richmond worth eating at.

By far the worst restaurant in the mechanicsville area the food is horrible. The service needs improvement. Employees are rude and unattentive. How do you give a customer their check along with their food??? First let me finish my meal then ask me if I’m interested in desert and then hand me my check.

Great breakfast whether you have the buffet or order from the menu. Very busy place with lines forming at times. Good to see same wait staff over the years
