What a cute little restaurant. Nothing fancy, just nice folks serving good food. Reasonable pricing for home cooked food. Love the macaroni and cheese. The staff is so kind and friendly. You just like going here for decent food and no fuss. You can tell this is a local favorite. Could use some healthier options for when we feel like sticking to our diets – only choice really is a salad.

Great family place. Good home style cooking with especially good spoon bread and rolls (made on site?). Despite a busy Friday night and 2 large groups of more than a dozen people each our food arrived hot and our waitress kept up with our needs pretty well.Would like to try them for breakfast some time.
Positive reviews must be from owners and staff…. The food here is very bland. Gravy from jars, frozen rolls and vegetables. Vegetables are always overcooked. Besides from the food not being anything to speak of, the staff is only half good. There are a few waitresses that should work in truck stops instead.
FABULOUS FOOD! GREAT VALUE!. This place has great Old style Southern cooking. If you want traditional fare, this is the place. Prices are reasonable, the staff is very friendly, and the service is great. Sunday morning brunch is my favorite time. They are always busy, but they still manage to get everything out with lightning fast speed and exactly as ordered. This is a hidden gem in Henrico County. TRY IT!!!!!
All home cooked!. If you’re looking for affordable, all-homemade meals this is your place. We visit Debbie’s Kitchen about once a week. Biggest challenge is deciding between all their great regular menu items and their usual great specials! Try the Salisbury Steak when you go – it’s like none you’ve ever had and guaranteed you’ll have to get a to-go box to take at least half of it home with you.
