I do not recommend this restaurant. I got the Thai curry chicken. It was not cooked, and it was bloody. The kung paoshrimp was not fresh andtasted like chemicals.
I went there today and had the Chicken Pad Thai, the food was barely OK. Really, nothing special. The spring roll – not so springy as the shrimp was not particulary fresh. I had to ask the waitress how hot I wanted my Chicken Pad Thai as she neglected to ask. Then after requesting it hot this simply was not to be. The chicken was not very fresh either. The only thing that left an impression was how poor ther service was. So… for sushi I go to Sakura (see earlier review), for Thai I go to Pad Thai (see earlier review) and Ginger Red will be stricken off my list of places to eat. I don’t waste my money or my time. I hope this review will save you both! Mechanicsvillecan keep this dump of a restaurant.
