Claustrophobic. Canned mushrooms on pizza (yuck!), stromboli is huge and delicious, salads are good, hate the waiting room, which you always have to wait in, is too small, cramped, right in the way of the waitress station and pizza window08 Dec, 2011Love it. Only issue besides the fact that its soooooooooo busy alllllllll the time, is PLEASE STOP USING CANNED MUSHROOMS on a yummy hot pizza or steak sub. Yuck! Just ruins the whole meal!
Deserving of reputation. Have heard that this was best pizza in Hanover. They did not disappoint. Wednesday night and slammed, the service was great. Pizza by the slice was excellent as was the veal parm and mushroom ravioli. Fresh ingredients tasted like an authentic higher end resteraunt. Wouldn’t recommend the calamari but everything else was really fantastic, go Hanover! . Note–we were offered fresh or canned mushrooms for the pizza and selected fresh, so I think they responded to previous review.
Consistent and Good. Excellent pizza and pasta. Large portions. Friendly service, fast and consistently good. There are usually coupons in the Valpack envelope that comes in the mail that make it pretty reasonable. We bounce back and forth between Giovanni’s and Brunetti’s- we are lucky to have both close by.. but Giovanni’s portion sizes give them the edge for pasta. Each order of pasta is often several meals worth, especially if you get a salad too. They also have pizza by the slice, and are just about the only place close by that does.
Yummy. Best pizza in Mechanicsville, friendly staff and service, and great salads too.

Excellant food!!!. I love this restaurant!!! I lived in the area for a few years now and have not found better Pizza or Subs anywhere. The portions are excellent and everything taste wonderful! Calzones are made to order and big enough to share!!! I have not had anything here that i did not love. My girlfriend for Gerogia request whenever she come we eat here!!! Service is fast and friendly, small for sit in but takeout service i great.
