  Happy Birthday to my wife…Been there several times without an issue. This time, we had a party of 7 adults and 3 children(under 3 yo).Our waitress was very good and did all she could. She was very busy around the place. The food…we’ll completely disappointing. Crab cake was just nasty…3 of the adults had that. French fries were cold and soggy. 2 of our meals were good. We weren’t going to make a big deal about it, but once the waitress found out how we felt, she went to get the manager to see about a discount (since it was obvious we didn’t finish eating the food)…about 10 minutes later she showed up with the check. I looked over the check.. (I’m buying for the table since the food was terrible) the check showed no discount and we haven’t seen a manager yet…I asked the waitress if he was coming and she said he was busy talking to the owner and she would try again. I paid the check and left never to return. As we were leaving, I seen what I thought might be the manager start to walk from the back and then hurry up and duck back…

  Marty’s seems to be regular spot after church, but we always come away kind of disappointed. The food isn’t bad, but the service is so slow that going there with kids makes the experience really bad. I prefer their breakfast food to their lunch or dinner menu. I like the idea of a neighborhood restaurant, but this isn’t it for me.

  Lots of sandwich, burger, and salad choices.. Great place for lunch! Everything was fresh and yummy!
