  If you like shrimp, and haven’t tried the Burrito Cancun, you have cheated your taste buds. And the Blue Crab Quesidilla (when in season) is great too. Plus, they give you white sauce along with salsa. Best Mexican restaurant in town.

  Best Carnitas in Richmond. Mi Jalisco serves the best carnitas in Richmond. Tender chunks of marinated, slow-cooked pork with crispy bits, served with refried beans, Spanish rice, and tortillas. My favorite serving suggestion: mix the beans and rice and use them to form a layer on each tortilla. Add a helping of pork, along with a generous amount of Cholula sauce and their homemade white salsa (available by request). Unbelievable!The waitstaff are always friendly, and service is incredibly fast.The prices are good, as are the portions.

  Pretty typical Mexican fare. Service was speedy and waiter was friendly. I just ordered tacos, but they were better than some restuarans. Salsa and chips were good.

  Excellent experience. They make their own salsas and guacamole which are delicious! Not only is this the best Mexican food I’ve ever had but the people are super nice and even help us with our shaky Spanish. The owner is always there and very nice, always asks how we are since we go there at least twice a month.
