Chili’s Harrisonburg – No Service. 1/1/2014 at 4:10pm in Chili’s of Harrisonburg VA: My wife and I entered thru the Chili’s To-Go door (my wife and I wanted to order a carry-out meal). We had To-Go Menus on the bar counter are were eagerly waiting for an employee to take our order. We waited for 15 minutes…about five or six employees looked at us, but no employee ever said hello or even bothered to acknowledge that we existed. The restaurant was not busy at all, it was about 75% empty, but apparently the employees could care less about taking our order. So, after waiting 5 minutes longer, we just left. Very disappointed at total lack of service.
