Food was tasty. No problems there. My bill was $11. I was over charged when I checked out. I got a (not very big) quesadilla ($3.95 in menu), chips with salsa, and a coke ($1.99 in menu). So i was charged $4+ for the chips (with hot sauce)??? Not a great value for what I received. No tip was given…I never do that. That is what dishonesty will get ya!

A surprising hole in the wall gem with kind people and wonderful food. No cheese smothered fake Mexican food here – just fresh food with simple ingredients and delicious flavor. The menu is not overwhelming – just a handful of options (tacos, gorditas, quesadillas, tortas, or sopes) with a choice of meat (beef, pork, chicken, and vegetarian options) and a few sides and soups. Wash it down with a Mexican soda from the fridge. The restaurant was packed when we arrived, so we ordered to go and stood around to wait, which could have been awkward but wasn’t in such a welcoming, family oriented place. A lot of the crowd was made up of Hispanic folks from infants to the elderly, which I think says a lot about the authenticity and quality of the food! I will definitely go again.

Great little place off the beaten path. The Hostess/Waitress was very sweet. The food is totally authentic and delicious! Really inexpensive.

Best Soft Tacos of My life.. Small place with delicious food. A real Harrisonburg gem. Small menu, too. They have a nice cooler with American and Mexican drinks. Polite service. You receive your tacos, along with two salsas. I can’t wait to return.
