Incompetent Customer Service. Ordered takeout items. Drove 15 minutes to return home to eat. Got call from someone at restaurant that salads and bread were left out. My choices were to return or come back next day to pick up. Representative said that I needed to do one or the other soon. Didn’t offer a credit on charge despite my request for a $2-4 credit. Found his response unacceptable and told him as such. Said he was busy and I was taking up his time. Food was average. They have no understanding of customer service.
