Lifelong Kline’s Customer. Been getting ice cream from Kline’s for as long as I can remember. It’s the same ice cream now as it was then, and it’s great. As the other reviewe said: please don’t change a thing!

Great dairy. Is ice cream that sells for over $35 per gallon worth it? The short answer is YES. This historic dairy is easily recognizable by its retro neon sign and the large crowd of people waiting in line to get it. The dining is 100% outside so don’t go if the weather is bad unless you plan to eat in your car. The fare is chocolate, vanilla and a weekly special flavor. This is some of the smoothest, richest ice cream we have ever eaten. The banana split is decadent. Kline’s is a must see if you are traveling through Harrisonburg VA.
Can do better. Its a local place, been around for years, and does have good ice cream but the selection is terrible. With all the different flavors out there nowadays they should really upgrade to accomodate more than just three choices (two of which are vanilla and chocolate!) When you can drive just a couple miles down the road to Brusters, which has like 30 different flavors each day that are made fresh and numerous other things like parfaits, sorbets, etc. Seems like a no-brainer to me. Even the smaller local JJ’s in Broadway has more selection.
Family tradition to go here once a year when we attend Massanetta Springs Bible Camp.
Overall really great-prices are a bit high but the ice cream is pretty much worth it
What’s not to like?. 90+ degrees, homemade ice cream, and the opportunity to have a chocolate/peanut butter milkshake that is so thick you crush the straw trying to suck it out of the cup. Kline’s – keep doing what you do – don’t change a thing.
