I can’t believe Mashita isn’t on here yet! These guys are celebrating two years of service to the Harrisonburg, VA and Rockingham County area. This is a traditional food truck and they roll around town constantly. These guys have NAILED simple Korean food. Their bulgogi is better than my mother-in-law’s and that’s saying something! The steamed buns are puffy and sweet! The quick kimchi is delicious and I am particular to their homemade sweet soy sauce. This is a great food truck and if your Korean-curious but on the fence, give these guys a go! This is really simple and good Korean food! Check out their website and various social media feeds to find out what specials they have or where they’ll be in the week. It’s worth it!
