Not What It Used to Be. Has-been of a restaurant…but still popular with the elderly population in town. The lot is always full on Sundays during lunch. The place used to be pretty decent, but looks to have gone downhill. The food all seems to taste the same: greasy. Even the items that aren’t fried have a fried/greasy taste to them.The family who runs this restaurants runs a couple others in town that are great… not sure what happened to Pano’s. Perhaps a lack of focus while maintaining the others?
Just O.K.. Went here for the first and last time on a recent visit to the Harrisonburg area. The service was excellent, but the food was not that great. Spent $100 (including tip) for a dinner for four, not worth it. They didn’t have most of the desserts on their menu either, not out, just don’t make any more. Although the waiter’s English was a bit hard to understand, he did an excellent job!
